Recruitment Executive:

Experience :0.3 months – 2 years Desired Candidate Profile: -Graduate or Post graduate - Minimum 3 months of relevant experience - Excellent Oral and Written Communication; - Strong Analytical and Data Management skills; - Proactive and self-managing - Attention to detail and a focus on high quality outputs Job Responsibilities: Ensuring Timely and quality delivery Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements and closing gaps if any Interlocking with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, their needs and for Market intelligence Overlooking the entire hiring process starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding Interviewing potential employees and ensuring to bring the best staff. Monitoring the entire process of sourcing till the final placement of the candidates.

Sr. Recruitement Executive : Experience : 2 years – 4 years Desired Candidate Profile: -Graduate or Post graduate - 2+ years of relevant experience - Excellent Oral and Written Communication; - Strong Analytical and Data Management skills; - Proactive and self-managing - Attention to detail and a focus on high quality outputs Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for conducting the first level of screening for the organization's demand. • Require high level of coordination with direct and indirect teams. • Understand screening demands and skills within area of responsibility • Forge excellent connect and relationship with clients • Drive Key SLA’s and Metrics • Identify, drive and support various process level initiatives • Ensure strong MIS reporting • Mentor, coach and motivate the team • Escalation handling • Monitoring the entire process of sourcing till the final placement of the candidates.

Team Leader : Experience :2 years – 4 years Desired Candidate Profile: -Graduate or Post graduate - 2+ years of relevant experience - 1+ Years of team handling - Excellent Oral and Written Communication; - Strong Analytical and Data Management skills; - Proactive and self-managing - Attention to detail and a focus on high quality outputs Job Responsibilities: To lead a team of Recruiters, Sr.Recruiters. Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements Training/ mentoring new team members Team target setting Motivating team members / resolving queries / problems Escalation handling Industry mapping & skill mapping Sourcing candidates through various mediums. Applicant Management, which includes applicant screening, conducting technical tests, Interviewing, salary negotiations, reference check and final selection. Monitoring the entire process of sourcing till the final placement of the candidates. Post Placement Reviews.

Assistant Manager : Experience : 4 years – 6 years Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate or Post graduate - 4+ years of relevant experience - 2+ Years of team handling - Microsoft Office (including advanced Microsoft Excel skills); - Excellent Oral and Written Communication; - Strong Analytical and Data Management skills; - Proactive and self-managing - Attention to detail and a focus on high quality outputs. Job Responsibilities: To lead a team of Recruiters, Sr.Recruiters & TL. Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements. Training/ mentoring new team members. Team target setting. Motivating team members / resolving queries / problems. Escalation handling. Responsible for conducting the first level of screening for the organisation’s demands.
